MC3 HSED (Multi-Craft Core Curriculum High School Equivalency Diploma)
Literacy Services of Wisconsin
09/06/2022
The MC3 HSED is a unique way to bridge those in need of a high school credential directly to an apprenticeship pathway within the construction building trades. Participants in the program have the opportunity to earn their high school equivalency diploma by completing a curriculum based on competencies aligned with the nationally recognized and implemented Common Core State Standards alongside the North American Building Trades Unions Multi-Craft Core Curriculum (MC3). The MC3 curriculum is a standardized, comprehensive 120-hour construction curriculum designed to help people choose and succeed in the apprenticeship program that is appropriate for them. This will allow learners to apply their knowledge through projects, alternative assessments, hands-on learning modules, and experiential learning. Graduates of the program will leave with a DPI-issued HSED, the MC3 pre-apprenticeship certificate, CPR and OSHA training. Show More
